About Us
DiaWell C.O.R.E. Foundation is a company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, established with charitable and not-for-profit objectives. The Foundation has been formed with a clear commitment to improving healthcare outcomes, particularly in the prevention, control, and management of diabetes and other lifestyle-related diseases.
With the growing prevalence of diabetes and non-communicable diseases in India, there is an urgent need for structured awareness, early detection, community education, and accessible healthcare support. DiaWell C.O.R.E. Foundation aims to bridge this gap through comprehensive health initiatives, research-driven approaches, and collaborative partnerships.
Our Core Pillars (C.O.R.E.)
Care
Providing counselling, screening services, and support systems for individuals at risk of or living with diabetes and related conditions. We focus on early detection, patient guidance, and long-term disease management strategies.
Outreach
Conducting community-based health awareness campaigns, rural health initiatives, screening camps, and public engagement programs to reach underserved and vulnerable populations.
Research
Undertaking and supporting research initiatives aimed at understanding disease patterns, preventive strategies, and innovative healthcare delivery models. We encourage evidence based solutions to improve public health outcomes.
Education
Organizing workshops, seminars, training programs, and awareness sessions for patients, caregivers, healthcare workers, and institutions to strengthen capacity and knowledge in diabetes management and prevention.
